We have paused our offering of Class A Units in Cardone REIT I, LLC under Regulation A and are now only soliciting indications of interest from potential investors. Until such time as Cardone REIT I, LLC files its Form 1-k with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), no money or consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response to our solicitations of indications of interest prior to the filing of our 1-k, such money will not be accepted.
